Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to scheduled appointment to allow for check-in.
Late arrivals will receive the remainder of the appointment time only and will be charged for the full amount of the service.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Cash, Debit Card and Local checks only.
A valid credit card is required a the time of booking to secure your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service charge. No shows will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the service charge.
Gift cards are available for a specific dollar amount, a single service or spa package. If a gift card is used to book a service, all cancellation policies will apply.
Clients must be 16 years of age or older to receive a massage. Clients under 18 years of age must have a parent or guardian present in the treatment room. No exceptions.
